Jaguar XK8 XKR Rear Half of Sill Repair Panels

The rear half of the sills on XK8 and XKR’s are a bad corrosion point on the cars. The rear sill lip could almost have been designed by Jaguar to collect debris and hold moisture. It is a simple matter to keep it clean and dry but if left untouched then the rust will spread further back into the sill and up the wheel arch (another corrosion area !).

In the past the only option was to replace the whole sill with a Jaguar part (NO LONGER AVAILABLE) or to fabricate your own repair panel.

We are pleased to be able to supply a new repair rear half of sill repair panel for both sides of the car. All panels are made of 1.2 mm mild steel and are finished in etch primer or the steel is coated with oil for protection. The rear sill repair section is approximately 63 cms in length.
