Terms
For all Jaguar XK8 and XKR Parts Purchases please note the following Terms and Conditions as part of www.Jaguarpartsdb.com:
1. All Jaguar parts shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
2. Any parts damages must be reported upon receipt
3. Returns or complaints must be pre-registered with your salesperson
4. Unregistered returns will not be accepted
5. Title to goods invoiced herein shall remain with XK8 Parts and www.Jaguarpartsdb.com until full payment is received.
6. A minimum 20% handling charge will be levied on over ordered & non faulty returned goods. The customer must return the parts in the same condition as when received.
7. No guarantee whatsoever is given with used Jaguar parts unless stated at the time of purchase.
8. XK8 Parts and Jaguarpartsdb cannot be held responsible for labour warranty for all new and used parts.
9. Credit and Online Payment processing systems such as PayPal will incur a 3.9% charge.
